Ready for first light: MERRY CHRISTMAS!

The Gran Telescopio CANARIAS (GTC) is ready for its Technical First Light. All the optical elements needed to begin the commissioning are in place: six segments of the primary mirror, the secondary mirror and the tertiary mirror.
